1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and booking our mangrove tour services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide mangrove tour and nature activity booking services in Langkawi, Malaysia. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Mangrove boat tours in Kilim Geoforest Park

  • Wildlife observation experiences

  • Tour activity bookings and reservations

  • Customer support and assistance

  • Online booking and payment processing

All tours are conducted by experienced local operators in accordance with safety guidelines.

3. Tour Participation Terms

3.1 Participant Requirements

Participants joining our mangrove tours must:

  • Have a moderate level of physical fitness

  • Follow all safety instructions provided by the boat captain or crew

  • Be able to safely board and disembark from boats

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the tour.

Please note that this activity is not wheelchair accessible due to natural terrain and boat access conditions.

3.2 Safety Requirements

For the safety of all guests:

  • Life jackets will be provided and must be worn when instructed.

  • Guests must remain seated during boat movement unless advised otherwise.

  • The crew’s safety instructions must be followed at all times.

Failure to follow safety instructions may result in removal from the tour without refund.

4. Tour Information & Preparation

4.1 Booking Confirmation

Confirmation will be received at the time of booking.

Guests may contact our crew at the jetty for assistance via phone call or WhatsApp if needed.

4.2 Arrival Time

Guests are required to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled tour time for check-in and safety briefing.

Late arrivals may result in missing the scheduled tour departure.

Free parking is available near the jetty for guests arriving by car.

4.3 What to Bring

Guests are advised to bring or wear the following items for a comfortable experience:

  • Flip-flops or comfortable sandals

  • Swimwear or quick-dry clothing

  • Hat and sunglasses

  • Sunscreen

  • Towel

  • Insect repellent

  • Spare change of clothes

During the excursion, guests may occasionally get wet, especially from water splashes while the boat is moving.

Life jackets and dry bags will be provided by our crew.

5. Activity Cancellation by Operator

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to:

  • Unsafe weather conditions

  • Insufficient number of participants

  • Equipment malfunction or safety concerns

  • Force majeure events beyond our control

If the tour is canceled by the operator, guests will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

6. Booking and Payment Terms

6.1 Booking Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed once payment or deposit has been successfully received.

Confirmation details may be sent via email or WhatsApp.

6.2 Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise.

  • Full payment or deposit may be required to secure a booking.

  • Additional charges may apply for optional services or special requests.

Confirmed bookings will honor the price quoted at the time of booking.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the experience.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time will not be refunded.

Changes or modifications requested within 24 hours of the tour start time cannot be accommodated.

All cancellation deadlines are based on local time in Langkawi, Malaysia.

8. Minimum Participant Requirement

Some tours require a minimum number of participants in order to operate.

If the minimum number is not met and the experience is canceled, guests will be given the option to:

  • Reschedule to another available tour date, or

  • Receive a full refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Participation in tours is at the guest’s own risk.

  • We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services.

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in the activity.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Malaysian data protection laws.

Personal information is used only for booking management, customer support, and service improvement.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of the website owner or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use or reproduction of this content is prohibited.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Severe weather conditions
