Activity Booking Questions
Is the mangrove tour suitable for kids and elderly?
Yes. This tour is very family-friendly and safe for all ages, including young children and senior citizens.
Does the boat have a roof?
Yes, the boat is covered on top to protect you from sun and light rain.
However, if it rains heavily, it’s similar to being in a car without a front windscreen (only the roof is covered). See photos above for reference.
How do I book the tour?
Just send us a message on WhatsApp.
No advance payment is required.
We only collect your details to schedule the trip and avoid crowding at the jetty.
All payments are made at the jetty.
Is the price the same as walk-in?
No. Walk-in rates are higher.
We give discounted rates for advance booking to encourage early confirmation and smooth operation.
Why do you take bookings through WhatsApp?
Because it’s more personal and much easier for you to ask questions or get help if anything happens.
What is the best time to join the tour?
It depends on preference, but morning trips after 9 AM usually feel the freshest and calmest.
Is it hot on the boat?
Not at all. You won’t even sweat.
When the boat moves, the mangrove breeze is cool and the views are relaxing.
How about insurance and safety?
We recommend having personal travel insurance when traveling.
To operate on the water, all our boats and captains follow Marine Department regulations and are regularly monitored for safety.
Is there storage for bags or luggage?
Sorry, there is no storage available.
We advise not to bring luggage to the jetty.
Personal belongings are the guest’s own responsibility.

How do I make a booking?
You can book through our website or contact us via WhatsApp. Simply select your desired activity, choose your dates, and complete the booking form. You'll receive instant confirmation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Debit cards
- Online banking (FPX)
- WhatsApp payment link
- Cash (for selected services)
When will I be charged?
For activity, deposit payment is typically required at the time of booking.
Can I modify my booking?
Yes, you can modify your booking subject to availability. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled activity. Changes may be subject to price differences.
Cancellation Questions
What is your cancellation policy?
Please refer to our Refund Policy page for detailed information about cancellations and refunds. Generally:
- 24+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule
- 12-24 hours notice: 50% refund
- Less than 12 hours: No refund
How do I cancel my booking?
To cancel, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your booking reference number. You'll receive confirmation of cancellation and refund details within 24 hours.
